About Shlomit
Body Therapist, Emotional Coach & Doula
My path into holistic therapy began in 2000, while living in Israel and working with children with special needs in alternative educational settings. The following year, while studying massage and shiatsu, I discovered the profound healing power of touch — an experience that would shape the rest of my career.
I trained at Reidman College in Tel Aviv, and after graduating, went on to become a teaching assistant in massage and deep tissue therapy. A year later, I began studying kinesiology, exploring how the nervous system shapes — and is shaped by — our emotional and social experiences. Over time, my work expanded to include holistic approaches such as inner child work, Bach flower remedies, meditation, and brain-training techniques. By 2006, I was treating clients living with chronic pain through kinesiology and shiatsu.
In 2012, I moved to Copenhagen with my partner and between learning Danish and raising our two young children, I found myself naturally drawn back to the world of therapy. Since then, I’ve worked across both private and business sectors as a body therapist, consultant, and emotional coach.
In 2019, I completed a two-year education in body-oriented psychotherapy at Omnitherapy. And in early 2026, I became a certified doula to help and support women through one of their life’s biggest transformations – motherhood.
