Birth Doula Support

How I Support You during Pregnancy?
We’ll get to know each other through an introductory call and afterwards in several prenatal meetings between weeks 26–36.
Together, we’ll explore your hopes and concerns for the birth, go over childbirth education, breathing techniques, and comfort positions to build a relationship of trust so that when your labor begins, I’m someone familiar and steady by your side.
During Labor & Birth
From week 38, I’m on call 24/7. When labor begins, I’ll join you at the time that feels right for you, offering hands-on comfort techniques — touch, massage, positioning, breathing guidance, and more — to help labor progress and help you feel grounded and supported. I stay close through birth and for approximately two hours afterward, helping you settle into those first precious moments with your baby.
After Birth
A two-hour postpartum home visit offers a space to debrief your birth experience, ask questions, and get guidance on breastfeeding and newborn care — at a space that feels right for you.
